This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit sandpebblesresort.com, submit information through the website, communicate with us, make payments, or otherwise interact with Sand Pebbles Resort or the Association.

2. Online Payments
Sand Pebbles Resort uses Authorize.net to process online payments.
When you choose to make an online payment, you are directed away from sandpebblesresort.com to an Authorize.net-hosted payment page. Payment card information is entered directly into the Authorize.net system and is processed by Authorize.net and the applicable financial institutions and payment networks.
Sand Pebbles Resort does not collect or store your full credit or debit card number or card security code through sandpebblesresort.com.
Sand Pebbles Resort may receive information concerning a completed or attempted transaction, such as:

Payment amount
Transaction date
Payment status
Transaction or authorization number
Limited payment method information provided by the payment processor
We may retain transaction information as reasonably necessary for Association accounting, payment records, refunds, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal or regulatory requirements.

We do not sell or publish owner or member email addresses for third-party marketing purposes.
You may request that we stop sending non-essential promotional communications by contacting us at VLM@vlmci.com.
Certain Association, ownership, administrative, reservation, transaction, or legally required communications may still be sent when necessary.

Online payment card information is entered directly into Authorize.net’s payment system rather than being collected through Sand Pebbles Resort’s website.
